**PLEASE NOTE- DUE TO OUR CURRENT PROJECTS AND MARKET TRENDS, WE ARE FORCED TO LIMIT THE SELECTION OF PROJECTS TO THOSE THAT ARE A BEST FIT. THIS WILL ALLOW US TO DEDICATE OUR TIME TO OUR CURRENT CLIENTS AND PROJECTS. WE CURRENTLY ARE ONLY ACCEPTING NEW INQUIRES FOR PROJECTS THAT MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
Custom/Spec New Builds - Local & Nationwide
Large scale remodel/renovations - Minimum construction budget of $500,000 and located within the state of Arizona. NoMad Design Fees will be in addition to construction budget. (Clients must secure their own contractor/builder and be approved by NoMad)
Interior Furnishing project - Must be at least 3-5 spaces with a minimum furniture budget of $100,000. NoMad Design Fees will be in addition to the furniture budget.
Travel fees will apply for out of state or any projects outside the Phoenix/Scottsdale metropolitan area.
